Hi – I’m Sue Thomas, and for most of my life I’ve had a love of food and fitness!
From competing in triathlons in my 20s, to running a busy personal training studio in my 30s, the right fuel gave me the energy I needed to live life to its fullest.
In my 40s, a prolonged dose of antibiotics for an infection left me struggling for several years. For the first time, my digestive system was unhappy, my hormones were out of balance and I needed to sleep in the afternoon!
That’s when I knew I had to take back control. But it had to be simple and easy to implement, otherwise I knew I wouldn’t be able to keep it up. My focus was to heal my intestine, rebalance my hormones, improve my sleep and energy levels and rediscover my love for life.

After your initial goal setting call you will have 2x 15 minute coaching calls a week to help you stay on track and stay accountable. Daily contact is through whatsapp.

Your self-care handbook provides everything you need to succeed with your 8 week transformation. This includes meal planners, weekly review sheets and a self-guided health assessment. You will also receive copies of a Food Diary and Gratitude Diary.

FAQs
Can I still drink alcohol?
During the 21 day modules you can have one balance meal every week, including alcohol, if you wish too. There is a 7-day break between each of the challenges when you can eat and drink what you like (although once you realise how much better you feel, you might find yourself sticking to your new guidelines!)
Can I still drink caffeine?
During each module, you can have one cup of coffee a day, if you wish too.
Do you recommend supplements?
I’ll talk about the benefits of supplements during the programme, and recommend some that might suit you personally.
