to keep your blood sugars balance and to create the personal blueprint of foods that resonate with your unique needs. This programme is not a one size fits all approach - by completion you will understand how to manage your wellbeing for the long term. Imagine never having to diet again!
Week 3 Whilst still following the 5 principles of The Sugar-Free Method you will also practice implementing strategies needed to improve your sleep. With good sleep your body will repair through the night ensuring that insulin stays balanced the following day (poor sleep equals higher insulin levels and poor food choices).
Week 4 Lastly we will focus on actions needed to ensure the mind is in the right place to make the good choices around food long term. By completion you will have all the tools in your kit box to ensure you can carry on with the approach of The Sugar-Free Method long term.
